Processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of the purchase agreement. We share your data with the company General Logistics Systems Croatia d.o.o. from Popovec, Varaždinska 116, and DHL International d.o.o. from Zagreb, Utinjska 40, while other recipients are Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. The data controller is Creaticon d.o.o. from Zagreb, Blaža Šoštarića 10 Street (info@skintegra.hr), and the Data Protection Officer is Pavao Krmpotić (info@odvjetnik-krmpotic.com). The legal basis and purpose of processing are the purchase agreement/fulfillment of obligations under the contract.

Personal data are not transferred to third countries. Creaticon d.o.o. does not create profiles through automated processing. Data is stored until the expiration of deadlines for the exercise of rights and obligations under the purchase agreement. You have the right to request confirmation of whether your personal data are being processed, the right to access personal data, the right to rectify data, the right to erasure under certain conditions, the right to data portability to another data controller, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).
